Streetdance classes in Uttoxeter - Starting March - 3/2/12
We are very pleased to announce that we are starting up Streetdance classes on a Thursday evening from 1st March 2012. The classes will take place at Picknalls 1st School, Oldfields Road, Uttoxeter. ST14 7QL
The classes will run weekly and the children will learn and perform a range of Streetdance routines, as well as working towards exams and competing in regional competitions. The classes are open to boys and girls from 4 - 13 years old.
The children will be taught by highly qualified IDTA trained dance instructors, who also hold an Enhanced CRB Discolures.

NEW Soccer School Venue! - 24/5/11
We have sourced a NEW venue for our Soccer School on a Wednesday and Friday. We will be moving from Cannock Hockey Club to Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centre from w/c 6th June. Cheslyn Hay Leisure Centre have a newly completed state of the art Astroturf facility, which offers a 3G playing surface which is rubber based, thus offering a more realistic grass like playing surface, less friction burns and a softer landing for the children.

Progressive Sports believes in offering the highest standard of football coaching and therefore the facility has to be a similar standard. And we are looking forward to using the new venue. Dance Holiday Course in Stafford- 27/4/11
We have scheduled in a number of Multi-Sport courses that will be taking place during Whitweek (31 May - 3 June 2011). We have confirmed our courses at Burntwood Leisure Centre, Charnwood Primary in Lichfield, Picknalls 1st School in Uttoxeter and Walton Priory Middle School in Stone.
After piloting a Dance course in Stafford and Rugeley during Easter we are pleased to announce that we will be running a course this coming half-term 31 May - 3 June 2011. The course will take place at Tillington Manor Primary School in Stafford, the course will run from 9.30am-12.30pm daily.

Girls Only Soccer School Launches - 23/9/10
We are launching with a Girls Only Soccer School which will take place every Monday starting on the 11th October 2010, 6-7pm. At King Edwards Leisure Centre in Lichfield on the Astroturf pitch.
The Soccer School will be for girls aged 4-12 years old, the children will be split up into age groups, with all abilities welcomed. The Soccer School is about providing the children with the best grounding and early introduction to Football, we have also worked hard on creating the right environment - together with a pathway into Local and Professional Football Clubs.

Fundraising Events for Schools- 23/9/10
We have great pleasure in revealing our new service to you. It is in the form of Fundraising Events for schools.
We have worked really hard on giving schools an alternative way of raising funds. The service is underpinned by the message to get children active! So we created an exciting service that promotes keeping fit, and healthy living - which is wrapped up in a fun activity which will help to raise valuable funds for schools.
We have come up with three different Fundraising Events, which are all run as separate events. There is a Multi-Skills Challenge, a Streetdance Challenge, and a Penalty-Shoot out Challenge - all of which offer a fun and exhilarating day for everybody involved.

PS - Ofsted registered courses - 7/10/09
Progressive Sports are pleased to announce that courses at Burntwood Leisure Centre are now Ofsted registered, which shows our continued commitment to provide the best service possible. We will be announcing other venues over the coming months that will also be Ofsted registered courses.
The fact that we are Ofsted registered shows our commitment to the care of children - but will also allow parents who claim child tax credits to access our courses and claim 80% back through child tax credits.

Dodgeball sessions at Burntwood Leisure Centre!
We are excited to announce that we are starting up Dodgeball sessions at Burntwood Leisure Centre on a Monday, 5.00pm – 6.00pm. The sessions are open to boys and girls of all abilities, aged between 8 – 13 years old. Free taster sessions are available!
All coaches are fully qualified Dodgeball instructors, with many years of coaching experience and hold up-to-date Enhanced CRB Disclosures.

New Logo!
Progressive Sports have launched a new logo for 2009, which represents the companies fresh and dynamic image. Progressive Sports has expansion planned for 2009, which will take the business nationwide.
The old logo will slowly be fazed out over the coming months.
MORE SPORTS ON OFFER!!!
Progressive Sports staff are now able to offer its customers greater variety and knowledge. All our staff have now gained qualifications to deliver Dodgeball, Handball and Tri-Golf. These sports will enable us to offer a wider variety of sports and surveys have shown that children want to sample different sports. Such sports, will also engage some children who might not necessarily be naturally sporty.
